By downloading, installing, or using Frazman ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Frazman is a language learning application that helps users learn Kurdish through interactive lessons, vocabulary exercises, and gamified learning experiences. The App also includes a tree planting initiative where user achievements contribute to environmental efforts.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Features

Frazman offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features such as:

• Ad-free experience
• Access to all lessons
• Unlimited hearts

4.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Prices are subject to change with notice. All payments are processed by the respective app store.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their refund policies. Please contact Apple or Google for refund inquiries.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share or distribute copyrighted content from the App
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Use automated systems or bots with the App

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content in Frazman, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Frazman or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7. Tree Planting Initiative

Frazman's tree planting initiative is subject to the following:

• Trees are planted through partner organizations
• Planting schedules may vary based on seasonal and environmental factors
• We make reasonable efforts to fulfill planting commitments but cannot guarantee specific timelines
• Tree planting contributions are not refundable

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRAZMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Frazman, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kurdistan Region, Iraq, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
